Customized massage therapy designed to target pain, reduce tension, and support your body’s natural healing process.

Pressure offered is light, medium, and deep, and will be customized to your body.
Swedish Massage: A gentle, relaxing technique that uses long strokes, kneading, circular movements, and rhythmic tapping to ease tension and promote relaxation and energy flow.
Deep Tissue Massage: A more intensive approach using slow, firm pressure to target deeper muscle and connective tissue layers is ideal for chronic tension and injury recovery.
Trigger Point Therapy: Focused work on specific areas of muscle tightness caused by stress, overuse, or injury to release knots and restore mobility.
At the beginning of the session, you will specify the areas of concern and desired pressure. You will disrobe to the level of your comfort and will be covered at all times, with a massage sheet and blanket, while on the massage table. Only areas being worked on will be uncovered, one at a time.

Beyond the benefits for specific conditions or diseases, some people enjoy massage because it often produces feelings of caring, comfort, and connection. Despite its benefits, massage isn't meant as a replacement for regular medical care. Let your doctor know you're trying massage, and be sure to follow any standard treatment plans you have.
Risks of Massage
Most people can benefit from a massage. However, massage may not be appropriate if you have:

Discuss the pros and cons of massage with your doctor, especially if you are pregnant, you have cancer, or unexplained pain.
Some forms of massage can leave you feeling a bit sore the next day. But a massage shouldn't ordinarily be painful or uncomfortable. If any part of your massage doesn't feel right or is painful, speak up right away. Most serious problems come from too much pressure duringa massage.
