Reiki Therapy

Please plan to arrive 10 minutes before your scheduled session to review your medical history and discuss your intentions for Reiki. For first-time clients, a one-hour session is recommended. During the session, you’ll remain fully clothed and lie comfortably on a massage table. The practitioner will gently place their hands on or just above your body at various points. You are not required to speak or do anything—simply allow yourself to relax and receive.

You may experience sensations such as warmth, coolness, tingling, emotional release, vivid memories, or a deep sense of peace. Some people report feeling very little during the session, but that does not mean it was ineffective—Reiki always works in the way your body and energy most need. It is a safe, gentle practice that can never cause harm.

After your session, it’s recommended to rest, stay hydrated, and be mindful of your dreams, especially if you didn’t notice immediate effects. Often, messages or insights can surface in subtle ways. Healing may begin the moment you open yourself to Reiki as part of your wellness journey.

Any questions will be answered after the session. We suggest a consistent Reiki Treatment plan for yourself to feel the full benefit of the healing power of Reiki.​

Reiki is a Japanese healing technique that promotes relaxation, reduces stress, and supports the body’s natural ability to heal. Through gentle, hands-on energy transfer, Reiki works with the body’s life force energy to restore balance and well-being. Common reasons people seek Reiki include stress, anxiety, physical pain, migraines, fears, recovery from surgery or illness, tinnitus, infertility, and Chakra balancing, among many others.

While Reiki is spiritual in nature, it is not a religion and is rooted in universal principles of peace, compassion, and harmony. It is a gentle, non-invasive practice meant to complement—not replace—traditional medical or therapeutic treatments, offering support to whatever healing path you are currently on.

Distance healing is a powerful energy practice that works across time and space, you don’t need to be physically present to receive the benefits. We’ll set a time for your session, or you can let me know when you're ready to rest for the night. I find the energy flows best when you're still and undistracted, allowing for a deeper connection and more effective healing.

Each session is unique. You may feel warmth, tingling, peace, or a release of emotions. Some people fall asleep, experience vivid dreams, or notice shifts in the days following. Others may not feel anything at all during the session, but still experience subtle or profound changes afterward. No matter how it shows up, the healing takes place and unfolds in the way your body and energy need most.

After your session, you might feel relaxed, energized, emotional, or even experience light detox symptoms. This is all part of the process. I encourage you to stay in touch and share anything that comes up, so I can support you fully. Remember, energy healing is safe and gentle, nothing is ever forced. Your body simply begins to return to its natural state of balance.
