Ostara: Awaken the Light Within – Spring Equinox Women’s Retreat 2022
During this sacred Spring Equinox weekend, we came together to shake off the heaviness of winter and reawaken the light within. Ostara: Awaken the Light Within offered a nourishing space for women to cleanse stagnant energy, reconnect with their bodies, and align with the vibrant energy of renewal. Through grounding rituals, candle ceremonies, sound baths, sacred movement, and heart-opening practices like cacao ceremony, forgiveness meditations, and playful creative expression, we released old patterns and made space for joy, inspiration, and rebirth. Surrounded by nature, soul sisters, and high-vibrational meals, we honored our inner light and shadows, balanced feminine and masculine energies, and planted the seeds of new dreams and intentions for the year ahead. This retreat was a celebration of growth, healing, and the radiant power within each of us to begin again.
