Shine On You, Crazy Diamond – Autumn Equinox Women’s Retreat 2023
We gathered to honor the shifting season and the sacred balance of light and dark within ourselves. This transformational retreat was a celebration of the Autumn Equinox—a time to release the heavy, the stagnant, and the outdated, and to reconnect with our vibrant inner truth. Through conscious movement, womb healing, ancestral work, shadow integration, and goddess embodiment, each woman was invited to befriend her Shadow and let her inner Diamond shine.

From sacred fire rituals and somatic journeys to creative mask-making and soulful sisterhood, this weekend offered deep healing, playful exploration, and powerful rebirth. Together, we laughed, cried, danced, healed, and reawakened—emerging more conscious, real, authentic, zesty, and aligned. This retreat was a reminder that we are all radiant diamonds—unbreakable, multifaceted, and meant to shine.
